Overwhelmed, overworked, and isolated with nothing nice to say to myself in my mind and What Ifs totally running amok!
I was ruled by my emotions and had NO sense of humor.
I was in a constant state of feeling like of failure, all the while simultaneously feeling like I was not enough AND too much.

He put me on a path of healing from the inside out.
He began putting tools in my toolbelt, some of which I had never come across before, that completely renovated my thoughts, feelings and actions.
