35 Days to Pray for the USA - Day 34

Today we are proclaiming the authority and power and sovereignty of Jesus Christ.

Philippians 2:9-11 NLT - "Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

Matthew 28:18 NLT - Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth."

Isaiah 25:8-9 NLT -  "He will swallow up death forever! The Sovereign Lord will wipe away all tears. He will remove forever all insults and mockery against his land and people.     The Lord has spoken! In that day the people will proclaim, 'This is our God!  We trusted in him, and he saved us! This is the Lord, in whom we trusted. Let us rejoice in the salvation he brings!'"

Romans 11:36 NLT - " For everything comes from him and exists by his power and is intended for his glory. All glory to him forever! Amen."

Revelation 4:8b NLT - "“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God, the Almighty - the one who always was, who is, and who is still to come.”"

Isaiah 46:9-10 NLT - "Remember the things I have done in the past.
For I alone am God! I am God, and there is none like me. Only I can tell you the future before it even happens. Everything I plan will come to pass, for I do whatever I wish."
